Greenpole Pty Ltd (ABN 69 614 989 427), trading as Little Snitch Time Lapse ("Little Snitch", "we", "us"), provides time lapse photography and remote site monitoring services across Australia. We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we hold it, and how you can contact us about it. It covers our website (littlesnitch.com.au), our client monitoring pages, and imagery captured by our cameras.
Enquiries and quotes. When you contact us through our website or by email or phone, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, and details about your project.
Clients. When you engage us, we collect business contact details, site addresses, project information, and billing details needed to deliver and invoice our services.
Monitoring page users. Each project includes a private online monitoring page. We collect the contact details of people nominated to receive access, and basic technical logs relating to page use.
Camera imagery. Our cameras photograph client sites at set intervals to document project progress. These images may incidentally capture individuals who are present on or near the site, such as workers, visitors, or passers-by. Our cameras:
Website data. Like most websites, we collect standard analytics and advertising data when you visit littlesnitch.com.au, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you found us. This is collected via cookies and tools including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
We collect personal information directly from you when you submit our contact form, email or call us, or are set up as a monitoring page user; from our clients when they nominate users or provide site details; automatically through our cameras once installed at a client's site; and automatically through cookies and analytics when you use our website.

We do not use camera imagery to monitor, evaluate, or identify individuals, and we do not provide imagery for those purposes.
Imagery captured at a client's site is collected on behalf of, and delivered to, the client who commissioned the project. Access is provided to the client and the people they nominate, and to Little Snitch personnel who need it to deliver the service, for example checking camera health or editing the final video.
Our clients are responsible for notifying people on their sites that time lapse photography is in operation, including any notices required under applicable workplace surveillance laws, and for displaying appropriate signage. We can supply signage for this purpose.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose imagery to third parties for advertising or profiling.
We store data with reputable hosting providers and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. Monitoring pages are private to each project and are shared only with the people the client chooses, additional access controls can be enabled on a monitoring page at the client's request, imagery is backed up to guard against loss, and internal access is limited to personnel who need it. We continue to review and strengthen our security measures over time.
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet our legal obligations, including tax record keeping requirements. Raw camera imagery is retained for the duration of the project and for 12 months after completion, after which it is deleted, except for imagery incorporated into delivered videos or retained at the client's request. Monitoring pages are decommissioned after project completion.
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@littlesnitch.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period and will not charge you for making a request.
If you have a complaint about how we have handled your personal information, contact us first and we will investigate and respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
